Aicee stands for all India common enterance exam, it is conducted by vetinary council of India to get admission in bachelor of vetinary science and animal husbandry course.

Aivpt exam is through neet, I mean the ones who give exam for neet some of them get selected in vetinary bu aivpt.

It mean aicee is conducted by veterinary council and aivpt through neet.
