saveetha offers many type of cources example ,engineering ,medical,law,nursing,ect for engineering having two  type of collage one demed university and other is anna university affilated(autonomus), both are same but affliated collage have more demand than demend university why because more placements, more infrastructer, more experinced faculty 

Hello nandini, the basic difference between anna and deemed is that saveetha engineering college is affiliated to anna University and the others degree are provided by saveetha University with come under its UGC act that is deemed University its provided by them
