Both degree have same value so don't bother much about it.

Both BE and BTech deals with theory as well as practical, however, BTech deals more with fundamentals and advanced study in a particular area, while BE stops at fundamental education. The difference is more in the way of delivering the subjects . However in most of the college they will deliver almost  more or less similar syllabus

Both offers good placements
