g, I would say that it is one of the most challenging fields of engineering with a wide scope for growth.
The basic eligibility is +2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.
It would be advisable to go for DGCA approved institute. I am sending you link of institutes which will guide you with the admission procedure, fee, course details, duration, etc. Please refer to it.

Although B.E. and B.Tech are similar professional courses, some differences can be pointed out when comparing the two i.e. it's course material and its orientation. And B.E. is a more theoretical knowledge oriented course whereas B Tech is a practical knowledge-oriented program.

Jobs lies with various airlines like Air India, Indian Airlines, Helicopter Corporation of India and flying clubs, private and government owned air service and aircraft manufacturers like the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) with its factories at Bangalore, Nashik, Koraput, etc.
As for the remuneration, engineers in government organisations, are paid official scales while those in the private sector are paid according to the scales decided by the management of the company.
Hope it helps. For any further clarification do post your query, in case it resolves please close it by liking or marking as best answer.
