Hi, there is not much difference between btech cse and btech(hons) cse. One difference is that student studying btech hons have to study 1 subject extra each semester of their field as compared to btech cse. In my opinion, you should opt for btech(hons) cse as there is no harm in learning a new thing. Also, you will see the difference at the end of 4 years since hons. student will have learnt 8 extra subjects.
