What is the difference between Computer science and engineering (ssc) and computer science and engineering?

There is no such difference between computer science and engineering and computer science.

Both  the subjects are more or less same.

Your question is incorrect.How can we compare same things as mentioned by you- 'computer science amd engineering' and 'computer science and engineering'.
If you are asking about SSC and CSE.
  • SSC i.e.Staff Selection Commission is an organisation under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices

  • CSE is the engineering branch .B.tech CSE is a 4 year programme where you learn about computer languages and other things to work in various technology sectors.
