Ideally both should mean the same and have the same curriculum. However, if you can let me know about the college offering this different course, I can help you better. CSE is the field with maximum scope for jobs. If you study well, you can easily find a job in one of the numerous software companies in both India and abroad. So a more prominent and common course is CSE.
