CSE &IT branch are quite similar in many aspects.
Even only 5-6 subjects are different for  for it and cse branc.
Here is points of difference between it and cse:
Cse deals with design of microprocessor ,pc,writing programm to software also design of circuit boards.
IT uses computer and software to store ,protect,securily transfer the data.

Major difference is that IT deals with application of computer technology in real while cse deal with science that fascilate these applications
