hi...

In a core CSE branch, you will get to learn a bit of everything within the boundaries of the branch whereas in a specialization course, a particular sub-branch is focused. That sub-branch will be the main focus of your 4 years of engineering.

Hi,

Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and a few other related courses are not specialisations per se. The Govt. of India has put out certain regulations stating that the no. of seats in a particular course cannot be increased beyond a particular limit by private universities. It has also given a solution for this, that the university may bring out different nomenclatures for similar courses.

Hence, the difference between the curriculum of all these courses in the Computer Science stream is hardly 20%, rest all is the same. Also, when companies come for campus recruitments, they do not look particularly for students of AI, ML or Data Science, but broadly for students of the Computer Science stream.
