In electronics and communication it focuses on core electronic Engineering such as ICs , Transistor,BJT etc and here you also learn the communication engineering part which includes both analog and digital .you will get job in software as well as core jobs
Whereas
electronics and computer is a sub branch of electronics engineering.the subjects deal with the effect of electrons to build components, devices, system etc computer engineering deals with the design of computer system.this may involve the design of new hardware or software.here you can also get job in both core and software jobs

There is  a difference of which you will study.
Which means that computer engineering deals with the software part and how to improve the performance of a computer else electronics deals with the hardware and how to make it more efficient and optimized.
The 4 years course will be based on that only.
CSE department deals with coding and ECE deals with the intergrated circuits.
