Hi Aarti,
JEE is conducted at all India level. CET or common entrance test is conducted at state level. The syllabus for each exam can be different and the colleges accepting JEE and CET scores also vary. Also, qualifying JEE Main is an eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced.
