Consolidated memo is actually contains list of semester with their grades and in the end the cgpa is written.

In other hand organisation development or od is the study of successful organisational study of change and performance.  It may refer to a planned and systematic approach to improving the effectiveness of the company.

Actually both are difference.

First one is a documents storing copy or style and second one is an organizational process.
