see polytechnic and diploma is quite same in terms of course structure and questions level. generally diploma courses is of 1-3  years duration depends on the course structure and exam process. for example diploma in engineering course is of 3 years duration, however this course is also called polytechnic. you did not mention which of the exams you are preparing for, do  mention the exam name then we may help you with necessary details.

Hello Maheshwari Samala , Actually, they are same . Only the difference is time period and courses. Diploma course is a short period course for 1 to 2 years and it focus on training a person in a particular field. Polytechnics focus on higher study programs .
