(TTA) Telecom Technical Assistant which is JUNIOR ENGINEER (JE) Diploma Level Post (Avg Pay Scale: 26,880/month) (JTO) Junior Telecom Officer Which is higher post as compared to TTA because it is a degree level Post(Avg Pay Scale: 50,108/month).
