OBC category has two types of lists:

* Notified by the central government and applicable to both central and state jobs.

* Notified by the state government and applicable only for jobs for the relevant state.

It will mentioned in the certificate whether it is state/central approved. To get OBC certificate by central government, go to your respective Tahsil Office and put your query.
