Hi There,

B.Tech is a 4 Years undergraduate course, it covers basic of engineering, computer science (Software and some hardware part). where as  (CS) and BCA are 3 years undergraduate program. BCA mainly focuses on Software Application part where  (CS) covers some basic science computer science along with some software applications. I would suggest go for the B.Tech (CS), If not possible then opt for BCA followed by MCA (2 Years Course Now).
