EAMCET is State Level Entrance exams. Both students belonging to PCB and PCM are eligible. Admission is given into Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy, etc courses.

NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test which is conducted by National Testing Agency for admission into courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, etc. NEET is National Level Entrance exam. Only candidates belonging to PCB are eligible. Only admission is given to Medical courses.
