First thing for getting job in bank is that you have to be a graduate .You may do B.tech or normal graduation as per your choice.The minimum age eligibility is 21 to 30 .3 years upper age relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.Now coming to any manager post,you cannot become manager directly.Firt you have to qualify lower levels exam like PO exam.Then after some experience you will be upgraded to a manager post and so on.There are no such course ,you have to qualify the base level exam which mostly ask for mathematics,IQ question and English.I hope it helped
