Hello,

I hope u r safe and doing well.

So, Earth is an irregular shape with mountains , oceans and many more particles. Its shape has no particular name .It is unique shape neither we can call round or oval. This shape is very difficult to model mathematically. The most accurate would be oblate spheroid. With gps and from other satellite scientists can measure upto centimetres only.

I hope this helps u.

Hey Siddharth

You may have heard that the shape of the earth is spherical but due to rotation of eath around it's orbit (and the mass of the earth) it appears flat on the poles which makes it look elliptical and gives the Earth the "oblate spheroid shape" . This is due to the equatorial bulge caused by the Earth’s rotation.
