What is the expectation of last rank in cee for general in 2nd counselling....i hv got 2338...hv i any chanc to get...govt college???

Hello,
Your category is general and your rank is 2338 after 2nd counseling of cee.
Sorry to but it is close to impossible for you to get a government college by cee.
The main thing that matters is what is the region of cee that you gone through.
