Hi, cutoffs are different every year as they dependent on various aspects like no of seats available, no of candidates, difficulty of paper etc. If you are an internal student then you have high chances of getting admission. But if you are an external students then you have a decent chance with a possibility that your name can come in the waiting list. Your score is above 45 so you do have a decent chance.
