Hello student,

It's very difficult to predict the exact cut-off. It varies from year to year, state to state. Cut-off depends upon the lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the exam difficulty level , whether you belong to any category or not.

Here you have not mentioned the catagory you belong to, so considering you as a general candidate you need to score atleast 50th percentile, which is 250 out of 960, for sc/st/obc candidate you need to score 215, which is 40th percentile, for general PH ,one should score around 232 which is 45th percentile. These are the basic minimum criteria to qualify neet mds.

Cut-off varies from state to state. There are 50% all india quota seats and 50% state quota seats. Considering you a general candidate,t get good government seat you need to rank within first 500.
