Cut offs change every year depending upon various factors like number of seats available, number of students qualifying the exam etc. With new seats being added more candidates have a chance this year .

The cut off in 2018 for SC category through WB state quota for Government MBBS college was 349. But this year it is going to increase by at least 20 marks so the expected cut off in 2019 will be somewhere around 364.
