Fee structure varies with college to college.So please specify the college you want to get admitted. Generally in IIts now course fee per sem is almost 1.13-1.4 lakh .In private colleges it varies from 35k- 2lakh per semi depending on the college.But in state govt colleges it is very low like it 15-30 k per semi.
