The fees for B.Com varies from college to college.

But on average it is 30-40 thousand rupees per year.

That is about 15-20 thousand rupees per semester.

after 3 years, the total expenditure on fees will be about 90 thousand to 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees.

I would inform you that the fee structure totally depends on the institute . Since you haven't mentioned your institution I'll provide you the rough idea that it ranges between 25 thousand to  1 lakh for 3 years. 

Like in BHU b.com hons fee is 75000 for 3 years. For more information  mention your institute name also.
