I assume you are talking about MBBS seats here.

Govt MBBS seats are very cheap. Most of the colleges have annual fees under 15000 except some.
AGMC, agartala has annual fees of 135000
GMC Mumbai has annual fees of 90000

Private MBBS seats are very costly. They can go upto 25 lacs per annum.
KMC manipal - 1300000
st. Johns MC, Bangalore - 350000
JNU, Jaipur - 2200000

Please mention the programme you want to study and concerned Institue.

Government fees of mbbs is very less and affordable.Its depends upon the colleges in which you get admission .For eg , there are many colleges which comes under central government and state government.

If you get admitted through AIQ in a government college ,fees usually ranges from 1200-50,000₹ per year .

And if you get admitted through state counselling in a government college ,it may range from : 50,000 ₹- 95,000 ₹ per year

Now comes private colleges and semi private institutions. 

For semi private or semi government colleges :

Fees ranges from 4-6 lacs per annum.

Total course fees : 25-30 lacs

For private colleges : 

Fees ranges from 12- 20 lacs  per annum .

Total course fees : 50 lakhs - 1 crore.
