hello, you can get admission based on your 12th marks if applying through the state quota i.e from tamilnadu. If you are applying through the All-India quota then you must have a valid NEET score .  There the semester fees contains on various things like tuition fees, infrastructure and hostel fees. It may around 25000 for each semester. And it's varied from community. Like OC, SC, ST.
