The final INSPIRE Scholarship cutoff for Uttar Pradesh in 2025 generally falls in the range of 83% to 85% in Class 12 board examinations . The INSPIRE Scheme targets the top 1% of meritorious students in their respective boards nationwide, including Uttar Pradesh.

To qualify, students must be in the age group of 17 to 22 years, have passed Class 12 with science subjects, and rank within the top 1% of the UP board results.
