what is the format for single girl child affidavit for nta neet counselling.

Hello Shanu

You need to submit the affidavit for single girl child while filling the application form for NEET. The option will be available, if you choose gender "Female" and you do not have any siblings(brothers/sisters).

no we need to apply the affidavit with the counselling form i just wanted to know the format required by the nta neet
should the affidavit be from my side or from my parents side
also should it be atested by the court or the tehsildar

Can you please help me with single girl child affidavit that what to fill out in the first blank column and in the second blank column in the first line of affidavit and in the deponent signature whose signature will be there?
