To get into IIT, you need to qualify JEE mains and then JEE advance. If qualify the JEE advance cut-off. You are then eligible to get into IIT. each IIT has Thier own cut-off, which get update each year with respect to number application, toughness of paper etc.  For more information you can check offical website of particular college where you want to apply.
