Electronics and communication engineering is one of the evergreen fields in the career aspect. It is a four year undergraduate level degree programme offered by NIT, Tiruchipalli. The placements are really good here, there is a training and placement cell which focusses on the trainings/internships and the placements of students. ECE placements have been  really good with a placements rate of almost 98.3 percent. Highest package was around 40 LPA with a median salary of 10 LPA. So, it's a good decision if you're going to study there.
