For most NITs in the country the fee structure is almost the same. It is about 1 lakh per semester which includes a non refundable admission fee of Rs1000. Tuition fee is Rs 12000-15000 and Infrastructure and other miscellaneous institute fee is Rs20000-Rs25000. Hostel fee amounts to almost Rs21000 per semester and may vary sometimes from NIT to NIT or based on your mess committee also. Sports,etc also cost about Rs5000. 

Course fee for engineering is different than architecture or BCA/MCA,etc. It ranges upto Rs50 thousand . Hope this answer helps!
