see your question is not clear. the similarity between computer science and IT is , both of the stream syllabus has programming, data structure, operating system etc. computer science stream has hardware engineering related courses like digital electronics, embedded systems etc. however if you are inclined towards software programming , then you may take cse/ IT , cse stream would be best for higher study or research works in future.
