There's no such requirement mentioned in any of the boards. Yes, it sometimes depend on the schools, whether they allow certain students to take up science subjects or not according to their percentage. But remember, you will have to study hard and with focus, to score good percentage and then choose whatever field you are interested in. Good marks never go waste. So, why to take a chance. Study hard. Hope you understand.
