The government medical college in Kerala are very good in terms of everything thing so their cutoffs are also very high enough. To get admission in government medical college of Kerela under state quota of it you need to score above 560 according to previous year cutoffs. The cutoffs keeps on changing every year but there is only slight change in cutoffs every year.

It would be difficult to tell you your exact chances as cutoffs vary from year to year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, no. of seats available, difficulty of the exam and the top NEET scores. For a general category student eligible for 85% state quota, a minimum score of 550 marks in NEET is required for government medical College MBBS seat.
