There is no minimum or maximum salary. The profession as an architect could be two folds either you start your own architecture firm or join somebody's. When you join well established one, the salaries range from 22000 to 50000 or more depending on your skills. When it's your own firm, it depends on the projects you get. Also, it depends on the exposure you get.

Also the companies or the jobs you get after the graduation depends on the reputation of your college and university , the internships you do during college.
