What is the meaning of degree or course recognised Equivalent to full time graduation degree in engineering by AICTE new Delhi?

It means that the course must be on par with the ones approved by AICTE. This is for technical courses as AICTE is only for those. For example all deemed universities like VIT, SRM, Thapar, BITS etc offer degrees in engineering and other programmes. You wont find them in AICTE website as they have the authority to award their degrees. Specializations may differ in core branches and so those are also equivalent courses. So in essence these are regular degrees which are equivalent to the ones offered by colleges regulated by AICTE.
