Yes, both are different. Neet qualifying means you have score minimum marks required, that is, cut off marks to clear the neet exam. But if you want to take admission in top government colleges then you need to score more than just cut off marks. Cut off marks are basically around 130 and to get admission in top colleges you must have more than 450-500+
