Medium of education is the language in which you read all subjects except English and Hindi. Now, suppose that you are an Hindi medium student, so you have all the subjects including History, Science, Maths, Geography, written and read in Hindi only. This applies to all the medium, let it be English, Gujrati or any other medium i.e. you will have all subjects in that language only.
