Hi Nandhini,

Cut off is decided as for the particular college you want to study in and also the course you want to take admission into,

if appearing in any exam then there is a different cut off

And then no 2 exams have same cut off, like JEE Mains and NEET have different Cut offs 

And if you refer to some category the SC / ST / OBC have more relaxation as compared to General 

So you need to specify exactly that which cut off you are referring to over here and for which category
