Dear Aman, in 2018 under State Quota a range of 491-391 marks secured a seat in Hi Tec Medical College under OBC Category. This year over all cut offs increased by 15 marks and so this college might have a cut of between 515-540. However this is just an observation based on previous trends. Let me tell you that last year (2018) 490+ marks secured a seat in hi - tech medical college, Bhubaneswar under state quota. And private colleges do not participate in All India Quota so, you can get admission in this college only through state quote.
