It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff rank varies every year depending on the factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Performance of the candidates etc. 

As per the previous year, To get the rank 5000, 4000 try to score around more than 550 and to get a rank of 500, 1000 try to score around more than 650-680.
