Hello dear student, 

You need to score Atleast 93.65% percentile as you said you belong to sc category to get admission in Delhi aiims. Dear students cut offs are really high and everybody is scoring good marks but scoring 95% + percentile will place you to the safer side.  I hope this was helpful to you.

As per AIIMS MBBS cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to General category will be required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category neef to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates will be required to score at least 40% in order to qualify the exam.
