Hi Prakash , the cut off for NEET UG varies from year to year based on the paper difficulty and the number of students attending the exam. and it's indeed pretty competitive getting government medical Colleges in Kerala. However if you have a state domicile and as you belong to OBC I would suggest you to aim a score of 600 plus to be on the safer side .Good luck buddy
