Generally the defense requires marks above 50% but that is for low posts.But for higher posts. There are various percentage required for various post.Some require 60 and some 70.I would say you should get above 70 and with that you can get any higher post.

Ahmad there is not any specific requirements are there inorder to be a military officer , only you need to have the subjects like Physics and Chemistry diridu your Class 12th as main subjects as well you should have atleast a score of 60% + in your class 12th inorder to write the emtrentr exams like NDA to be a pride of India.
