To get admission in IIT college without entrance exam is impossible you ahve to give a entrance exam to get admission in IIT college as its a one of the most prestigious college of our country so its maintain decorum.. but as you get good.rank in entrance exam your 12th percentage eligibility will be 75% ..but rather than go to IIT college go for DU(Delhi University)if you get above 95%..
