The package depends on your skills & capability. It also depends on the institute from which you have completed & organization. But the average package you can expect around 3.5 Lakh per annum.

After doing software engineering you should expect a package of approx 30K-35K if you have skills, with experience and knowledge it will increase.

Also it depends upon the company you get placed in.
