A solution of pH 0 is very acidic in nature. This shows that there is an extremely high number of hydrogen ions (H), usually in the case of strong acids such as concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl). The solution can be corrosive and has to be treated with care.

PH 0 means it  is strongly acidic .In ph scale ranges from 0 to 14 , where 0 is the most acidic example like Battery Acid ,Concentrated HCl etc . 7 is a Natural (Pure Water),if 14 is a Strong base , Negative pH exists for superacids ,which burn skin, damage metals, and react violently .
