In India, the morning class timings can defer from institution to institution. However, each day with classes lasts for a total of six hours. The general morning timing of school can be from 8.30 AM (Assembly time).

During winter season hours, this general morning timings of school is changed (+1 hour to general timing).

There are many schools that have 2 shifts, i-e, morning shift and afternoon shift, so in that case timings may vary.
