Passing percentage for all the student whether a newly admitted or a reappeared candidate it is 30% as a whole paper or in an individual paper. Sometimes you have to score a mark of 15 if you have a practical of 30 marks and from theory of 70 marks, you have to score 25. But it depends on the state marking system.
